Curriculum Area Manager – HE & Adult Provision

Are you an experienced leader in education, passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences? We are seeking a Curriculum Area Manager to oversee and develop our HE & Adult Provision, ensuring student success and a career-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the curriculum area, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Oversee the delivery of HE, Access to HE, and adult courses, including remote and on-site models.
• Support and develop staff to maximize effectiveness and maintain high standards.
• Ensure student progress through effective tracking, monitoring, and intervention.
• Teach up to 12 hours per week, delivering outstanding lessons and managing learning activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree-level qualification and full teaching qualification.
• Experience in curriculum management and OFSTED inspections.
• Proven track record in improving teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
