Course overview

The UAL Level 4 Professional Diploma in Creative Enterprise has been designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to develop your career as a creative professional.

This qualification will provide you with an opportunity to cultivate your employability by developing specialist creative skills underpinned with business knowledge and enterprise skills.

You will be able to expand your contact base while developing a start-up project and professional practice.

This course is free for learners aged 16-18. If you are aged 19 or over on 1 September in the academic year during which you wish to start the course, the fee is £3,200.

How will I be taught and assessed?

You will be taught through seminars, group critiques, 1:1 tutorials and practical workshops.

Formal assessments are set throughout the year to monitor student progress. Assessment is entirely coursework based.

Once you have completed the UAL Level 4 Professional Diploma in Creative Enterprise, you will have the skills and understanding needed to progress directly into employment or set up your own creative company.

You could also progress to Higher Education or conservatories, with the qualification supporting you to develop a portfolio of work.

Entry requirements 

You will need a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject.

It is recommended that students have GCSE grade 4/C or above, or an equivalent Level 2 qualification, in both English and Maths.
