Meet our Adult students

Every year we help people achieve their dream of furthering their career.

Read our success stories to see how studying an Adult course at the college has benefited them.

The Access course really sets you up for university, especially with Harvard Referencing and essay writing. It’s like a taster into a degree, so you know what to expect when you get to university. I need to work full-time, so being able to study the Access course part-time at the college has been really helpful. It’s allowed me to work and study at the same time.

Jemma Benson, 28 from Thurrock, studied the Access to Higher Education Health & Related Professions pathway. She has now completed her Access course and is going on to study a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing at Anglia Ruskin University.

I really like the atmosphere of the classes at Seevic. I’m not the most academic but it’s really encouraging and I feel comfortable achieving. The tutors are very helpful and approachable; if I don’t understand anything they are on hand to explain it to me.
