Do I have to wear robes?
Wearing robes is not compulsory, but most graduates wear them as the Graduation Ceremony is a formal event.
How much are the robes?
The robes cost £37 to hire.
How do I order robes?
Graduates who have registered for their ceremony can pre-order robes from our approved supplier, The Graduate Gowning Company (GGC).
You will need your Student ID number, which you can find in a recent email.
What's the deadline for ordering robes?
The deadline for ordering your robes is Friday 9 November.
When/how do I get the robes?
You will collect the robes on the evening of your graduation, shortly after arrival. You must return them after the ceremony.
What's the dress code?
The dress code is smart/casual.
