Hours: Fulltime, 37hrs
Salary: £20,519 FTE Pro-rata £17,500 salary (term time only - 39 weeks)

This role will require you to assess the needs of prospective and current students, offering relevant advice and support, or refer on to other internal or external services as appropriate.
To act as a liaison between identified students and their parents/carers in respect to their support provision.
You will develop bespoke training for staff, in order to enhance the support available to specific student groups.
You will need to demonstrate previous experience and knowledge working within a similar environment. Experience and an understanding of working in a supportive role with young people is an important part of the role. You will be effective in managing a caseload and working on your own initiative.
