Would you like to be involved in the College's onboarding of new students for the next academic year? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Enrolment Assistant on a temporary basis to support with the enrolment period.

The post holder will support with entering data into the information systems ensuring the accuracy and validity of learner records. You will assist in delivering a proactive and courteous service in responding to all inquiries from prospective and current students, parents and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into information systems, ensuring the integrity and credibility of learner records. This includes but is not limited to learner enrolments.
  • Regularly update and maintain learner records to reflect any changes or new information
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries from prospective and current students, parents and staff.
  • Assist in resolving and issues or concerns related to learner records and information systems.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and updates regarding learner records.
  • Communicate any changes or important updates in learner records to relevant staff and departments

Job Requirements:

Essential:

  • Good standard of education or relevant experience
  • Computer related qualification or training
  • Experience of data entry and/or handling
  • Dealing with customers in some capacity
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.

Desirable:

  • Excel data management including summary data such as pivot tables.

This role is considered exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.
