USP College Celebrates Outstanding A-Level and Level 3 Results – A Year of Excellence and Firsts
USP College is celebrating a fantastic set of A-Level and Level 3 results, reflecting the hard work, resilience, and dedication of both students and staff.
Huge congratulations to all our students! It was a joyful morning as students gathered to celebrate with their peers.
Evie Parkyns who studied Level 3 Health & Social Care was one of the students that came to Palmer’s with her friends to celebrate a D*D*D* and was overjoyed to be going on to study at the University of East London.
Jack Denny also gained a place to University to study Architecture after receiving AAB in A-Levels Sociology, 3D Design Architecture and Graphic Design. He had some lovely words to say about his teachers and thanked them in supporting him in every way possible!
The College is especially proud to announce a 100% pass rate for T Levels – a significant milestone as the first-ever cohort to graduate from the new technical qualification.
Principal Clare White expressed her pride in the students' accomplishments, stating:
We are absolutely delighted with these results. They are a testament to the determination and talent of our students, the relentless support and dedication of our staff, and for T Levels - it’s been a real collaboration with our employer partners too. We couldn’t be prouder.
To mark the occasion, Mayor of Castle Point, Cllr Barry Campagna, Deputy Mayor of Thurrock, Cllr Steve Liddiard, alongside Cllr Vikki Hartstean and Cllr Kate Kozlova-Boranalso joined the festivities at Seevic and Palmer’s campuses.
Mayor of Castlepoint, Cllr Barry Campagna said:
I’m pleased to see so many young people receive their results and been given this opportunity and support from USP College. Now the world is their oyster.
The College also saw an overall 3% increase in the number of students gaining top grades of A*-B, and over 30 Level 3 courses secured 100% pass rates including Economics and Geography - both of which are taught in the College’s cutting edge Immersive Classrooms.
CEO Dan Pearson also shared his heartfelt congratulations and reflected on the College’s future-facing approach to education:
I want to express my sincere congratulations to all our students. These results reflect not only their hard work, but also the power of innovation in education. Our immersive classrooms have transformed learning at USP College, offering dynamic and engaging experiences that prepare students for the modern world. The future isn’t just ahead of us — it’s here, and our students are already living it.
With the use of immersive classrooms and embracing digital innovation, we are not limited by factors such as teacher availability or accessibility issues which you might find in a traditional learning environment. At USP College, we can truly give students a wide ranging subject offering and inspiring combinations so each student feels like their options suit them, are engaged, supported, and are excited about their own individual journey.
We look forward to welcoming the next cohort, supporting them to follow their passions, and learn in ways that prepare them for a fast-changing world!
