USP College Celebrates First Ever T-Level Graduation with 100% Pass Rate

USP College proudly marked a historic milestone on Tuesday 9th September, hosting its very first T-Level Graduation Ceremony at the Immersive Theatre, Seevic Campus.
Families, staff and employers, gathered to applaud the hard work, resilience, and dedication of the graduates across three pathways: Digital Production, Design and Development; Health; and Education & Early Years. Each student received their certificate on stage, cheered on by proud loved ones and teachers.
This year, every single one of our learners has passed their T-Level programme. This truly outstanding accomplishment reflects the hard work, determination, and resilience our learners have shown throughout their studies.
The ceremony also featured a speech from Education & Early Years graduate Holly O’Brien, who shared her reflections on studying T-Levels at USP College:
To the amazing teaching staff at college - You’ve listened to our worries and concerns, and worked with us to find solutions, helping us grow in confidence, resilience, and self-belief. You’ve shown me what patience, creativity, and dedication really look like.
Employer partners were recognised for their vital contribution in providing industry placements – a cornerstone of the T-Level qualification. Representatives from Mid and South Essex NHS Trust and Temple Spring, were thanked for their ongoing support in preparing students for the world of work.
You are pioneers, the first to take on this new and demanding qualification with us, and you have set the standard for those who will follow. Students – you leave today not just as our first T-Level graduates, but as trailblazers who have created a legacy that will inspire future students.
