Level up with Apprenticeships. We’re launching three new apprenticeships this year to support people who want to upskill into new careers. 

We’re pleased to be launching 3 new apprenticeship offerings this year:

What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a job where you work and earn a salary while completing training towards a recognised qualification. It combines practical experience with structured learning.

Who can apply for an apprenticeship?

USP College is currently only offering those aged over 18. You need to be living in the UK and not in full‑time education. There is no upper age limit.

Do I get paid?

Yes. Apprentices are paid at least the Apprenticeship Minimum Wage, but many employers pay more depending on the role and sector.

What levels of apprenticeships are available?

Level 2: Intermediate Level 3: Advanced  Level 4–5: Higher Level 6–7: Degree level (equivalent to university degrees)

Do I need specific qualifications to start?

Entry requirements vary. Some employers ask for GCSEs in English and Maths, while others may offer support to achieve these during the apprenticeship.

Is the training free?

Yes. Apprentices do not pay for their training. The government and employer fund the cost.
