What to expect with an apprenticeship programme with USP College:

An apprenticeship is a job where you work and earn a salary while completing training towards a recognised qualification. It combines practical experience with structured learning.
USP College is currently only offering those aged over 18. You need to be living in the UK and not in full‑time education. There is no upper age limit.
Yes. Apprentices are paid at least the Apprenticeship Minimum Wage, but many employers pay more depending on the role and sector.
Level 2: Intermediate Level 3: Advanced Level 4–5: Higher Level 6–7: Degree level (equivalent to university degrees)
Entry requirements vary. Some employers ask for GCSEs in English and Maths, while others may offer support to achieve these during the apprenticeship.
Yes. Apprentices do not pay for their training. The government and employer fund the cost.
