We're so excited that you have chosen to study with us!
If you don't know already, we're not like your normal college. As well as giving you a competitive edge with our career-focused learning and preparing you for the world of work, we know that there is more to life than studying.
Our students tell us that they have the freedom to be themselves at USP, love being treated like adults, and make friends for life.
Whatever your ambitions, with over 150 courses we have one at the right level to suit you!
We can't wait to welcome you to the College in September!
Online enrolment for school leavers opens on Thursday 12 August for all of our campuses.
The availability of courses is on a first-come, first-served basis, so please make sure you enrol as soon as you can!
Week commencing Monday 26 July
You will receive an email from the College the week commencing Monday 26 July with your login details and a link for the enrolment website.
Thursday 12 August
You will be able to access the online enrolment website from 10am. Please use the login details from your email to access the site.
You will need your results slips or email from your school and any previous qualification certificates.
- Stage 1
You will need to use the username and password that has been emailed to you w/c Monday 2 August.
- Stage 2
Uploading a Photo
You will be asked to upload a recent photo that shows your head and shoulders only. This will be used on your ID card, so please try to ensure the image is clear, following the on-screen instructions.
If you have already uploaded a photo, you can skip to the next stage.
- Stage 3
This is where you will add all the qualifications you have achieved, including those taken in previous years.
You will also be asked to enter your UCI, ULN, and previous exam centre number. These can be found on your results slip or certificates. If you do not have access to these numbers, you can leave them blank.
- Stage 4
You will be asked to evidence all of your qualifications by uploading a scan, screenshot or photo of your certificates, results slip or email from your school.
These will be used to verify your results, so please ensure they are clear, readable and include your name.
- Stage 5
This is where you will check that you're happy with the courses you applied for.
If you've changed your mind, that's absolutely fine. You can select the new ones here.
- Stage 6
Based on your previous answers, the system will calculate whether you need a telephone interview. These will take place w/c Monday 16 August.
If you need an interview, you will be asked to book an appointment. Please don't worry if this happens. It's just an informal chat with one of our teachers to check you are on the right course.
