Enrolment Stages

Please log in to our enrolment software using the username and password we have sent to you via email. We will send you the link to enrol w/c 21 August, so please make sure you look out for this.

Stage 1

Uploading a Photo

You will be asked to upload a recent photo that shows your head and shoulders only. This will be used on your ID card, so please try to ensure the image is clear, following the on-screen instructions.

If you have already uploaded a photo, you can skip to the next stage.

Stage 2

Exam Results

This is where you will add all the qualifications you have achieved, including those taken in previous years.

You will also be asked to enter your UCI, ULN, and previous exam centre number. These can be found on your results slip or certificates. If you do not have access to these numbers, you can leave them blank.

Stage 3

Documentation

You will be asked to evidence all of your qualifications by uploading a scan, screenshot or photo of your certificates, results slip or email from your school.

These will be used to verify your results, so please ensure they are clear, readable and include your name.

Stage 4

Course(s)

This is where you will check that you're happy with the course(s) you applied for.

If you've changed your mind, that's absolutely fine. You can book an appointment with our college team to discuss different options.

Stage 5

Contact Details

It is really important that we have your correct contact details so we can stay in touch with you throughout your studies. At this stage we will ask you to confirm your phone number and email address, please ensure you do not use your school email address.

Stage 6

Residency

Here you will be asked to confirm your residency in the UK.

This is to enable the College to access the relevant funding for your studies.

Stage 7

Summary

This is your final chance to change your ID card photo, ensure your exam results have been entered correctly and update your contact details.

Stage 8

Interview

Based on your previous answers, the system will calculate whether you need an interview.

If you need an interview, you will be asked to book an appointment. Please don't worry if this happens. It's just an informal chat with one of our teachers to check you are on the right course. Most interviews will be conducted over the phone but depending on your course choice you may be asked to visit one of our campuses.

Stage 9

Online Assessment

In order for us to provide you with the correct support when you join us, please complete a brief online Maths and English assessment.

Please don't worry about the test, it is simply so we can gauge your starting point ahead of you joining us, and each assessment will take approximately 20 minutes.

Stage 10

Finish

Thank you for enrolling at USP College.

We will be in contact regularly with the next steps.
