Due to growth within our SEND provision at USP College, we are looking for a passionate Personal Care Assistant, ideally with a specialism of working with SEND students, you will be based at our Palmers Campus. You will be supporting a student with complex needs and physical disabilities. The role will comprise of learning support, care support and administering medication as needed.  The successful candidate will be offered regular professional development.

Applicants must have excellent communication and team working skills, resilience and the ability to problem solve. You will be confident in supporting students with support needs to attain their learning outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Personal care experience
  • Confidence to deal with epileptic seizures and administer medication as needed
  • Specialist SEND subject knowledge
  • Experienced industry based individuals will be considered.
